If you registered with an email, we can recover your link instantly — just use the recovery form. If you never registered an email, the URL is the only key. We recommend bookmarking it and saving it somewhere safe. That's why we ask for your email on first visit.
Is my data private? +
Yes. Your workspace lives at a private URL that only you know. Your Gemini API key is stored server-side and never sent back to the browser. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Can I share my workspace with someone? +
Yes — just share your URL. Anyone with the link can view and edit the workspace. It's designed for one primary user but works great for sharing with a client or collaborator who needs visibility.
What is CPM scheduling? +
Critical Path Method is a scheduling technique used in construction, film production, software development, and any complex project. It identifies the longest chain of dependent tasks — the "critical path" — so you know which tasks actually determine your finish date. ToDoozer runs a full CPM solver on every change.
Do I need a Gemini API key? +
Only for AI features. The free tier and the core scheduling and task management all work without one. If you want AI task parsing, image-to-tasks, auto-prioritization, and daily planning — get a free Gemini key from Google AI Studio and paste it in Settings. It takes 2 minutes.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro? +
Everything stays. Your tasks, projects, scheduler data, templates — all intact. You just can't add more tasks once you're back at 20. Upgrade again anytime to lift the limit immediately.
